myfxbias ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use our website, application and services.
1. Who we are
myfxbias is operated by Arnaud, trading as "myfxbias", a sole trader based in Sydney, Australia. For UK/EU users we act as the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR. For Australian users we handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

2. Data we collect
- Account data: name/nickname, email address, authentication identifiers.
- Subscription data: plan, status, and billing identifiers held by our payment processor. We do not collect or store your full card details — card data goes directly to Stripe.
- Usage data: pages/features used, session activity, watchlists, preferences.
- Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, logs, error traces.
- Trading-related inputs you enter: journal entries, notes, prop-account details you record, and prompts you provide to in-app tools. These are yours; they are stored against your account and are not used to tailor the (impersonal) bias output.
- Communications: messages you send us via support.
3. How we use your data
To provide and operate myfxbias; authenticate you and secure your account; process your subscription; improve performance and reliability; generate analytics and (non-personalised) product content; debug and monitor system health; and communicate service updates and support responses.
The bias/market analysis is impersonal — it is generated from market data, not from your personal information, and is identical for all subscribers.
4. Legal basis for processing (UK/EU users)
Performance of a contract; our legitimate interests (platform improvement, security, analytics); legal obligations; and your consent where required (e.g. non-essential cookies). For Australian users, we collect and use personal information where reasonably necessary for our functions and activities under the APPs.
5. Data sharing & processors
We share data only with trusted service providers acting on our instructions:
- Supabase — authentication, database, storage.
- Cloudflare — hosting, Workers/KV/R2, security (bot protection / Turnstile).
- Stripe — subscription payments and billing (card data is handled by Stripe, not us).
- Resend / email provider — transactional and service emails.
- Plausible — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics.
- AI model provider(s) — to generate market analysis.
- Market-data providers — price/news/calendar feeds (no personal data shared).
We never sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: account data for the life of the account; logs and analytics for a limited period for debugging and security; communications as needed for support and audit. You may request deletion at any time (see §7).
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you have rights to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; and request portability. Australian users have equivalent access-and-correction rights under the APPs. To exercise any right, contact support@myfxbias.ai; we aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies & tracking
We use essential cookies required for the platform to work, and non-essential analytics/consent cookies only with your consent. Full detail — including the current cookie table and how to change your choice — is in our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, scoped tokens and monitoring — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
10. International transfers
myfxbias is operated from Australia and uses service providers located in Australia, the EU/UK and the US. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
